Charles Beilman of Wallingford CT
I saw these barracuda on my recent scuba trip to Cozumel. We were about 45 feet deep an I shot them natural light with my S95 point and shoot camera.  I hope to go back sometime soon with my digital SLR and strobes.

I has been almost two years since my last Tumblr post.

I created a personal website at webs.com. I created this site as part of my ongoing experimentation with different web hosting sites and blog sites.  Each of the sites has it’s own strengths and weaknesses.

I’ve tried to mix it up on these pages.  Some feature photographs I have taken. Some of these pages contains quotes that I found interesting.  Some of these websites feature short stories written by one of my sons.

Overall it is quite an eclectic collection of web pages.

I am a graduate of Newington High School, but I have lived and worked in Wallingford CT for the past 20 years.  You can see my high school year book photo at Classmates.  I wore a tan corduroy sports jacket.  At my prom I wore a powder blue tuxedo with a ruffled shirt.  These were actually in style for about six months.  Fortunately no known photos exists of me wearing this.  If you have one, please email it to me.

This is the standard Charles Beilman photo that you see everywhere on the web.

This is a picture of the cows on Whirlwind Hill Road here in Wallingford CT.  I was just out driving around looking for something interesting to photograph.  D300 F6.7 1/180 ISO 400.  48 mm (72mm equiv).

Steven Says:

Every time that I look in the mirror
All these lines on my face getting clearer
The past is gone
It went by like dust to dawn
Isn’t that the way
Everybody’s got their dues in life to pay

I know what nobody knows
Where it comes and where it goes
I know it’s everybody’s sin
You got to lose to know how to win

Half my life is in books’ written pages
Live and learn from fools and from sages
You know it’s true
All the things come back to you

Sing with me, sing for the years
Sing for the laughter, sing for the tears
Sing with me, if it’s just for today
Maybe tomorrow the good Lord will take you away

Dream On, Dream On, Dream On
Dream yourself a dream come true
Dream On, Dream On, Dream On
Dream until your dream come true

Dream On, Dream On, Dream On, Dream On…
Dream On, Dream On, Dream On

Sing with me, sing for the years
Sing for the laughter and sing for the tears
Sing with me, if it’s just for today
Maybe tomorrow the good Lord will take you away
